We are not far from the next Armageddon. If you ask me,” who will be responsible for it?” I would say we. We have heard it over and over again, but we shall not understand the fact till it happens, but then it will be too late. I believe the world is going to end, sooner or latter, more sooner than latter and humans will be the cause of doom. Knowing or unknowing we will end the intelligent life form the face of earth.
The more intelligent we become the more we get the world closer to Armageddon. You might have heard this many times, on TV, radio and in emails but what we have not heard is that, in-fact its going to be much sooner then we think. Sooner is not like fifty or seventy years but one fifty or two hundred years from now unless we act now.
So what can we do, I am not going to speak about it, there is lot of material on the net and on TV advocating people what they should be doing. The point is that, at individual level what we do is good but not good enough.
Surprising enough but true against common men’s logic global warming will lead to the next ice-age on earth. This is no philosophy, scientist are working on the theory and its quit possible. There is lot of material available on the net that affirms the above fact. You could put a search on Google on “Global warming + ice age “, you will come across more than fifty thousand results. So I take the pleasure of not explaining how it will be caused but will give a brief description on the topic.
Global Warming Causes: Ice-Age.
This article is based on scientific studies, not by me but by other scientist. I am just trying to provide my views on the topic, the material here is scientifically true to the best of my knowledge, but should not be used as a reference. The main threat of global warming is the ice caps at the pole melting, already they say that the eleven feet thick ice caps at the north pole has been reduced to six feet.
We fear that the temperature increase will melt more and more ice, the increase in the volumes of the ocean water will result in the disappearance of the low laying lands under water. The immediate effect of global warming is what we are seeing in the major cities. It rains more than that the city can cope with (that’s the case of Mumbai and UK’s recent floods) also hurricanes and typhoons in many part of the world. With increase in temperature more and more water is evaporated and bigger clouds are formed which pore on to the earth. The problem is more prominent in cities as much of the earth is cemented or tarred so water cant seep into the ground and thus causing flood like situations.
The sea currents is what, that keeps the earth warm and habitable. Which is more to do with the salinity of the ocean. If you want more information on all this please search Google. The point is that, the stable environment we live in today is attributed to millions of years of natural development of the water currents. With more fresh water getting in to the sea, this natural current will be disturbed. The warmth brought by the sea current to northern most countries will altered, which will cause the northern countries to freeze to death. The same scenario has been shown in the Hollywood fiction flick “The Day After Tomorrow”, that is really what I am talking about here. I would have explained how this happens but there is already so much material available on the net from different scientist and research it would be wastes of my time typing it here all over again and your time reading the same things.
Our Survival of Such occurrence.
We are taking our world to another ice age. How any of us will survive such an occurrence is difficult to say. According to me the countries in the northern hemisphere close to the north pole and the ones in the southern hemisphere close to the south pole will be severely effected. Everything over there will freeze, it will turn into a large north pole and south pole. But countries close to the equator like some countries in Africa and part Asia (countries with tropical climate) will turn cold, with snow but might not freeze as much as the European, American and Australian continent.
Scientists say we could survive such a freeze but all won’t be lucky. Many of the spices on earth will go extinct, but humans might survive. No one at present can tell how long this freeze is going to last. It could go for millions of years. Just as the last one. Not many species survived, but those that survived have has a phenomenal physical change from their original (like legs disappearing form snakes and that sort). I cant imagine a new looking human. Whatever the case, we are taking our earth, the only know (till date) habited planet close to Armageddon each and every passing second.
Knowingly made Armageddon.
World war three, millions dead, millions dieing, millions home less, famines a threat of nuclear attack every day. Then one day it starts all get their pockets empty. The nuclear dust that is formed from the explosion cover the whole of the world. Now again such a occurrence is not far from reality nor its a fiction it could happen, we all are leaving in a volatile earth which is sitting on the brink of destruction.
The nuclear attack will lead to blocking of the sun, as the whole of the earth will be covered in the cloud of nuclear dust. Thus again cooling the earth and freezing us to death. The cloud will clear some day but not before its late, before it clears we will have acid rains and many environmental changes. Same will be the result, many of the species will die and the ones that survive will have gone such structural changes that they wont remain the same we are today.
Global warming, the causes that lead to it, are all knowingly made Armageddon. How do we stop it, we all know the answer but how many of us do anything.
Unknowingly made Armageddon.
“Its too late, the comet which is heading towards the earth is too huge to be destroyed, neither do we have time to stop it.” Concluded the summit which was set to save the world. Such a collision from a huge comet or asteroid could cause a similar effect as a nuclear bomb. A huge dust cloud covering the earth from the sun. A theory say that the dinosaurs disappeared from earth due to such a collision. Similarly a huge volcano eruption which releases gases and volcanic dust into the atmosphere, that it blocks the sun. The earth becomes cold again and all that I have discussed earlier happen again.
We cannot stop all the above from happening. What has to happen will surely happen,
And if you think you are safe in your house or out in the open think again. You cannot run from death. Only we could delay or prevent such a thing from happening.
After the end.
WE all at humans are going to die a cold death, i.e. freeze to death. Some will survive, but will take a long time to get back on their feet. All the above scenarios lead only to one thing an icy Armageddon.
Could there be anything after the end? The end is the end, that’s it. There could be survivors to all that happens but when ever things change back to normal, we would have a completely different world from that of today. A different looking human and completely different spices of animals. At present we are enjoying a very stable environment, if we cant keep it that way, we must not blame nature on backfiring on us.
The end is inevitable, it’s a cold and painful death that many of our latter generation will have, if its not due to natural causes we are the ones responsible for killing our future generation.
Future.
To make our future secure we have to change our present, and change is what we humans fear the most. It takes away the routine we follow and asks us to modify our ways of living which means learning new thing or adjusting and that’s what we humans don’t want to do.
We are not far from the end and what we are doing is not enough to save our future generation. We can’t see the changes in nature now but soon in another three to four centuries the earth wont be the same its today.
I have not written over here what we have to do to prevent all the above things from happening because all of us already know how.
Life is short enjoy it, so that you won’t have to say tomorrow “I had to do what I thought I should have done.”
